This year we got a new tool at Open de l’Ouest.
Once your registration done, you will receive a link in your confirmation mail.
Registration
This first screen allows you to validate your registration in the system; you have the choice between English and French.
You simply need to fill in the fields.
Note: An email address can only be used for one registration.
Manage your displays
Once you have registered, you will receive a link by email to manage your displays like this.
On the management screen you will find all the elements related to your registration.
Add a piece
To add a room, simply click on the associated button.
A window will open and you simply need to specify the name of the room and its category.
For figurines made in collaboration with another person
You simply need to check the “Add collaborators” box to specify the name of the person who participated with you on this project.
You can also modify your personal information if there is an error (except for your email address).
Prepare the event
Once all your displays are in the tool, you will have the option to prepare all the competition elements via the “Print your registration sheet and stickers” button.
You will have a document with, on the first page, a summary page of your registration, including all the information entered, one page per display (category) and a user guide.
Please print this document and place the coupons with each of your displays. You must also attach the numbers of your pieces to the bases. This will allow the organizers to identify them more easily during the competition.
Print and prepare
Print the document and cut along the dotted lines to separate the display sheet and the numbers for your bases.
Cut out and attach the numbers
Attach the numbers to the bases of your pieces. The number must be visible on the pieces. (Here, I simply used tape to attach the number of my piece to the base.)
You are ready to put your display on the competition table
Once all your pieces have received their number, you can display them on the competition tables with their coupon.
